We all need a break from the bills that we feel are too high. Mayor Bloomberg is install wireless water meter that will give more of an accurate reading. New Yorkers will have there meters read at least four times a day instead of quarterly. The wireless water meter readers could show a reduction of bills up to 90 million dollars citywide.
The meters will be connected to transmitters intertwined with other meters that then send data throughout the city. This will then allow customer to receive accurate usage and billing.
I think this could be a good thing. They install the meters at no cost to you. The meters not only track your water usage it can also alert you or your landlord of potential leaks. Seems Mayor Bloomberg might have a winner.....
