We can Use that again
Scientist believe over half of the gasoline's energy would lost in combination with a device with thallium-doped lead telluride material. This would reduce wear and tear on the car. The best thing about the thallium-doped lead telluride material is no pollution.
Formally the most effect commercially known material was thermoelectricity. I guess we can all say change is not such a bad thing.

Thirsty....
The meters will be connected to transmitters intertwined with other meters that then send data throughout the city. This will then allow customer to receive accurate usage and billing.
I think this could be a good thing. They install the meters at no cost to you. The meters not only track your water usage it can also alert you or your landlord of potential leaks. Seems Mayor Bloomberg might have a winner.....

BLACKOUT!!!!!!!
With over 60,00 amps running through the cable at once it is bound to get hot. This is why scientist will cool it with liquid nitrogen. More power can run through this cable than any copper cable it's size.
The last blackout that occurred cos over 6 billion dollars. With a technology set into place such as this will help save alot of money. Putting a cable in the financial district seems to be a great idea right about now. The last thing the world need is to lose track of our finances.

I always feel like someboy's watching me.......
This is not all bad, it's just a privacy issue with me. Footage being caught all over could help solve a crime or bring a little girl back home. That fender bender could be resolved by one looked at the tape. As with everything it has it's pros and cons.
Who's to say the next computer we by won't already have some sort of hidden surveillance embedded into the hardware. It's hard to tell because who monitoring the monitors. With this in mind the next time you think you're alone maybe you're not.

Cell phones not enough anymore
Google has unleashed another project. This one is called Google Voice. It was originally put together in 2007, but it never went anywhere. To get the service you would need a Grand Central account. Grand Central is a free local telephone service that routes all linked phones to one phone number or your Google site.By Larry Magid

Live with or without
Who would have thought cell phones would be our worst enemy. It is known pinging can pinpoint our general whereabouts due to closest signal. This has been a great tool in our society good or bad. Text messages we send or receive along with sites we may visit are trails of data left behind.March/April 2008

Is seeing believing
It is a terrible thing to loose your eyesight. Researchers have come up with a new technology that could replenish sight of some. One of which would use a silicon type camera that would serve as the retina. Since the device will interact with the optic nerve it has electronic functions. The silicon gives the camera capability to move similar to the eye. The optoelectronic sensors have the control of amount of light received.Thursday, February 5, 2009
Remember Me
Remember Me is a automated telephone service that American Airlines is implementing to promote better customer service. They say this was not meant to deplete jobs. In other words they feel a computer can interact with a potential customer and treat them better than a real person. Yes this may cut down on the number of calls an actual person would have to take. It may also cut down on the number of individuals they need. All of this was done to save money for the airline. Will this also cut employees time partially or completely out.

Technology at it's best
President Obama has brought the White House to our house. Like most of his campaign support was generated via internet his administration can be followed the same way. He will implement an interactive government which will thrive on communication, their transparency, and our participation.
